In January, my aunt was in a critical condition and urgently needed blood. Our family tried very hard to find a donor for O-negative blood, but unfortunately we were unable to locate one. Because it is such a rare blood group, even several organizations and blood banks did not have a single bag available at that time. During this difficult moment, Saiful and his team at Rokto 24 came forward and helped us. Within about an hour, they were able to arrange a donor for my aunt. For us, it truly felt like a miracle and brought immense relief to our family. We are deeply grateful for their kindness and dedication. Words are not enough to fully express our appreciation for what they did for us. May Allah bless them and give them the strength to continue this noble work of helping people in need.
